Terms and Conditions
- Please check in from 4.00pm to 6.00 pm (to ensure your reservation please advise if you intend to arrive later than 6.00pm).
- Please check out by 10.00am on day of departure.
- Breakfast service is between 8.15 am and 8.45 am daily. If your daily plan requires an earlier start then we will be pleased to cater for this.
- A deposit of £25 per room per night will be charged on each guest booking.
- Regretfully we are unable to refund any deposits.
- Where a booking has to be cancelled - 7 days cancellation notice is required.
- Payments for all bookings must be made in full at or before check-in.
- Payment can only be accepted in cash or by cheque. All cheques should be made payable to Mrs E. Hill and be supported by a cheque guarantee card.
- Payment for stays on certain dates will be required earlier, as specified by the payment date detailed in our confirmation letter.
- Single occupancy - a discount on standard room rates will be applied.
- No9 is a non smoking property throughout. This is a House Rule, breaches of which will not be tolerated and will result in offenders being asked to leave.
- Sorry we do not accept pets.
- Sorry we do not accept children under 10 years.
- All vehicles are parked at No9 at the vehicle owners risk.
- Guests will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of any loss or damage caused willfully.
